Terms of Use

The rules for using the Starcurve website and interface.

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Starcurve website, interface and related content (together, the “Interface”). By accessing or using the Interface you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. What Starcurve is, and what it is not

Starcurve is a software interface that lets you read public blockchain data and prepare transactions that interact with smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain. Transactions are signed and submitted by you, from a wallet you control.

  • Starcurve is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, private keys or recovery phrases, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover your assets.
  • Starcurve is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, fiduciary or financial institution, and nothing on the Interface is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
  • Tokens launched through the smart contracts are created by users, not by Starcurve. We do not issue, endorse, review or vouch for any token.

3. Muses and third-party wallets

A token may reference a public wallet address (a “muse”) as its theme. Referencing a wallet does not mean that its owner created, endorsed, operates, controls or is affiliated with the token or with Starcurve. Any names, handles or descriptions shown next to a wallet are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not statements of fact about any person. If you believe a wallet or name is presented in a way that is misleading or infringes your rights, contact us through the official channels listed on the Interface and we will review the request.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and only if doing so is lawful for you. You must not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions, located in a sanctioned or embargoed territory, or acting on behalf of such a person. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules on digital assets and taxes.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your wallet, keys and devices secure. Anyone with your keys controls your assets.
  • Check every transaction before signing it. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be undone.
  • Do your own research. Understand the bonding curve, fees and risks before trading (see the Risk Disclosure).
  • Pay any network fees and taxes that apply to your activity.

6. Content you create

When you launch a token you choose its name, ticker, description and image. You are responsible for that content. You must not use the Interface to publish content that is unlawful, infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy, impersonates any person or organisation, is fraudulent or misleading, harasses or threatens others, or is sexually explicit or hateful. Content stored on a blockchain may be impossible to delete, but we may hide any token, name or image from the Interface at our discretion.

7. Prohibited use

  • Market manipulation, wash trading, fraud or any scheme to deceive other users.
  • Using the Interface to launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions.
  • Attacking, overloading, scraping in a way that disrupts, or reverse-engineering the Interface to harm it or its users.
  • Circumventing any access restriction we apply.

8. Fees

The smart contracts charge the fees displayed on the Interface (for example a launch fee and a trading fee, part of which accrues to the muse’s wallet). Fees are enforced by the smart contracts and are shown before you sign. Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not to us.

9. Smart contracts and third-party services

The Interface relies on smart contracts and on third-party services such as blockchains, liquidity protocols, wallet software, RPC providers, block explorers and hosting. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their terms. Smart contracts may contain bugs and may not have been audited by an independent party.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time, and may restrict access from certain locations or addresses. The smart contracts, once deployed, operate independently of the Interface.

11. Intellectual property

The Starcurve name, logo, design and original content of the Interface belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission, except to refer to Starcurve accurately.

12. No warranties

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Data shown on the Interface (prices, balances, charts, research labels) may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Starcurve and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Interface, from smart contracts, or from third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

14. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless Starcurve and its contributors from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Interface, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live. We may update these Terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
